CARD PAYMENTS
Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Osfashion we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by osfashion when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
For Card Payments, we offer Refunds or Store Credit if requested. Returns for items bought at full-price are accepted within 13 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment (Card Payment only) and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition.
Please note, Shipping Fees will not be refunded.

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times, as we are unable to amend this.
